- one large lemon cut in half
- 2 teaspoons of (organic) olive oil
- 2 pairs of winter socks
1 Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and put it aside for another use. Use the white inside of a rind against each heel, using bandages if needed to hold the rind in place against your heels. 2 Pull socks all over and keep them on for 30 minutes. 3 Remove the socks and the lemons rind and massage one teaspoon of olive oil on each foot. Put on another pair of socks and leave it on for 30 minutes or overnight.
